knifetwister records llc is a New York-based hybrid punk/metal/ska record label and digital interview magazine founded by NYC native Raph Copeland.

We have interviewed bands, artists and people in the music scene across the United States, Canada and on four continents, but our main mission is two-fold: to help amplify small, up and coming bands that might not otherwise receive the coverage they deserve, and to profile bands and artists from marginalized communities. If a band is willing to speak up about things we believe in - women's rights, immigrant rights, LGBTQ+ rights, the dangers of AI, exploitation by paid streaming services, and predatory late-stage capitalism in general - we want your voice to be heard.
